Garnish & Gather is a curated mixology experience designed for connection, great drinks, yummy bites, and an easy, elevated night out.

We’ll begin with a guided tasting of Benefit Bar signature sips, thoughtfully paired with small bites from Taylored Charcuterie. It’s the perfect way to settle in, spark conversation, and set the tone.

From there, Vanessa Kavulish (Certified Mixologist + Founder of Benefit Bar) will teach you the simple formula behind a well-balanced cocktail or mocktail, so you understand how to build flavor with confidence.

Then you’ll take that framework to the bar and create your own custom recipe from scratch—choosing your profile, building it step-by-step, and enjoying a full-size drink that’s uniquely yours.

Party with Liz will be in the room as well—bringing her signature event-planning expertise and helping make the entire experience feel seamless and intentional.

To wrap up, Taylor Hicks (Charcuterist) will guide you in assembling a personal charcuterie plate learning how to curate a beautiful spread guaranteed to impress.

You will take home a drink kit and a box will be provided for your charcuterie plate.

Vanessa is the founder and CEO of Benefit Bar, an Arizona-based eco-chic mobile bar specializing in elevated cocktail and mocktail experiences . With nearly two decades in food and beverage, she brings seasoned hospitality, steady leadership, and true craft behind every bar she builds . As a Certified Mixologist, she designs thoughtful menus rooted in technique, fresh ingredients, and sustainability, creating drinks that feel intentional and memorable.

She is also the one of the creators of Garnish & Gather, a curated mixology experience designed to bring people together for connection, hands-on creativity, and a genuinely elevated night out. Through guided tastings and interactive workshops, Vanessa teaches the simple formulas behind balanced cocktails and mocktails so guests leave confident in their ability to craft their own signature sips.

Whether she’s serving at a brand activation, leading a class, or building partnerships in the community, her focus stays the same: polished execution, warm hospitality, and experiences that feel personal from the first pour to the last.
