THE STORY

Hey y’all my name is Taylor and I am the charcuterist!

What started as a hobby has turned into a small business. I began making small boards for gatherings with friends, birthdays, and date nights in 2022 which has blossomed into this venture tay(i)loring charcuterie to meet your board dreams.

Taylored Charcuterie is a licensed and insured LLC working as a legal business (unlike other home-based companies). I rent out of a commercial shared kitchen space following food safety regulations to ensure quality control and provide you the freshest/safest ingredients.

You may have also noticed a little tab called Taylored Barkuterie that came to fruition in 2024. I decided to bring my passion for charcuterie and dogs together because even your dog loves charcuterie. Check out my barkuterie page for more information!

I am also a certified occupational therapy assistant working in home health with children who have special needs. Just call me a therapist by day and a Charcuterist all the hours of the day!
